Alleviate is made with a special blend of peppermint, sweet basil, rosemary, chamomile, wintergreen, frankincense, lavender, and sweet marjoram essential oils to help alleviate head tension and clear nasal passages. How to Use Shower Steamer
Place your peppermint shower steamer on the shower floor away from the direct stream of water and enjoy the aromatic steam as it rises.
Want a longer lasting steamer? Place the steamer on a shower ledge or hang* on your shower caddy where you can splash water onto the tablet to release the aroma.
*Each steamer order comes with an organza bag so you can hang your steamer in the shower.
